For 3 years, he helped startups achieve success through his role as Head of the Technology Business Incubation Program of the Punjab Government in Pakistan. This program, Plan9, is still the largest tech incubator in Pakistan, with thousands of aspiring young entrepreneurs looking to it for support and mentorship in the early stages of their startup journey.

He is currently in charge of the core incubation program at the Takhleeq Business Incubator, where he is developing a recipe for impactful incubation within a private university setting.
